Terms of Service

Effective April 24, 2026. These terms govern your use of Agentic Shelf (the “Service”). By installing the app, creating an account, or sending requests to our API, you agree to these terms. If you’re accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

1. The Service

Agentic Shelf provides (a) a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint that lets AI agents read your Shopify catalog, pricing, and inventory; (b) citation audits that measure how large language models respond to shopping prompts about your store; and (c) a dashboard for configuring, viewing, and exporting this data.

2. Your account

3. What you can and can’t do with the Service

You can: use the Service for your own e-commerce business, audit any number of your own stores under one plan, share audit reports internally, and export your data via CSV at any time.

You cannot:

4. Shopify integration

When you connect your Shopify store, we receive a read-only Admin API token scoped to read_products and read_inventory. We do not request scopes for orders, customer data, or financial data. You can revoke the token at any time from your Shopify admin; doing so is equivalent to cancelling the integration, not your account.

We respond to Shopify’s mandatory GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) within the timelines Shopify requires. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling details.

5. LLM outputs — accuracy and disclaimers

The Service reports what third-party LLMs say about your store. We do not author those responses and do not warrant their accuracy, currency, or appropriateness for any purpose. An audit result is a snapshot of what a specific LLM answered at a specific time; model updates, retraining, or provider-side policy changes can change the answer without notice.

Inventory and pricing returned by the MCP endpoint are pulled from your Shopify store at request time. We are not responsible for discrepancies between the data you maintain in Shopify and what shoppers see downstream via AI agents.

6. Fees and billing

7. Beta features

We may label features as “beta,” “preview,” or “experimental.” These are provided as-is, may change or be removed without notice, and are not covered by the service-level expectations in Section 9. If we remove a beta feature you were relying on, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service (software, APIs, dashboard, documentation, branding) is our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it during your paid subscription. Your store data stays yours; we use it only to operate the Service for you and to generate the aggregated, de-identified metrics described in our Privacy Policy.

Audit reports, exports, and configurations you create are yours to use, share, and repurpose without restriction.

9. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability for the MCP endpoint and dashboard. We don’t currently offer a contractual SLA with credits; if you need one, contact us about an enterprise agreement. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance whenever it affects customer-facing availability.

10. Termination

You can cancel from the dashboard or by emailing support@agenticshelf.ai. We can terminate for material breach of these terms (we’ll give you 10 days’ notice to cure when possible), for non-payment, or if we sunset the Service entirely (30 days’ notice minimum). On termination we delete your tenant data on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.

11. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; lost profits; lost revenue; or lost data, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active merchants at least 14 days before they take effect and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance.
